In Memory Of Tattoos

I thought how great it’d be to repeat that in tat form, though I never ended up doing it. Subsequently, after my grandma died from breast cancer, I located a journal she began when she was first diagnosed. There are only a handful of entries: The last one, dated about a month before her liver started failing and she lost her ability to write, says: “Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot treat.” Two years after she passed, I got that quote tattooed on my forearm, in her handwriting.

There are lots of ways to design a memorial tattoo. Beneath, you’ll find many ideas, designs, and fashions that I came across in my research.

that include names and dates

Memorial Tattoos that Contain Names & Dates

The simplest and most direct manner of honoring a loved one who has passed is by listing their name or the dates of arrival and passing.
